If you prefer to make your smoothie every day, then you can halve the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
GROUP 1
+- 300 ml Water
4x Tbs Uncooked Oats
Protein Powder (As per product specifications)
2x Tsp Ground Ginger
2x Tsp Turmeric
+- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper (Activates absorption of Turmeric)
+- ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
2x Tsp Cinnamon
2x Tsp Chia Seeds
2x Tsp Pumpkin Seeds
2x Tsp Flaxseed
4x Tbs Lemon Juice
2x Tbs Apple cider Vinegar
GROUP 2
1x Tbs Smooth Peanut Butter
3x Tbs Dbl Plain/Greek Yogurt
2x Small to Medium Banana
GROUP 3
4x Tbs Blueberry (Fresh/Frozen)
4x Tbs Blackberry (Frozen/Frozen)
Pineapple (Frozen/Fresh)
Raw Egg - 1 per Serving on day of Consumption
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Ingredients
Nutribullet Blender or Similar (Blender must be at least 600w)
Shake bottle or large glass
METHOD:
Add water, Flaxseeds, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Oats to blender jar 1 day before – Don’t Blend, just to soak.
Blend Group 1 thoroughly +- 2 minutes.
Add Group 2 and blend +- 1 minute.
Add Group 3 + additional water if needed and blend +- 2 minutes.
Add 1 raw egg per serving on day of consumption and blend.
TIPS:
Use paper towel to clean up! The turmeric will stain your cloth.
Keep ingredients in airtight containers.
You can make servings for 3 days as long as you refrigerate. (only add egg on day of consumption)
Buy ingredients in bulk to save on costs.
Buy best quality ingredients.
You can use Almond Milk instead of Water, if you prefer.
